On January 27, 2025, the Pearls of Wisdom platform engaged in a comprehensive discourse addressing the multifaceted benefits of walking as a paramount exercise for enhancing overall well-being, applicable to individuals across varying fitness levels, barring contraindications. The dialogue emphasized that prospective participants with existing medical conditions should seek professional consultation to delineate safe practices aligned with their health objectives. It noted specific conditions—such as hypothyroidism, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), and various psychological and endocrine disorders—that may predispose individuals to weight gain, alongside the influence of certain pharmacological agents including antidepressants and corticosteroids.

The discourse elucidated numerous health benefits associated with regular brisk walking, particularly a​
regimen of at least 150 minutes weekly. These benefits comprise:

Key strategies to optimize walking as an exercise routine included:
